This form is to be used for those interested in volunteering with Ajax Pickering Ringette FUN House League Programs only. The forms are sent to the Vice President, Pickering Ringette and our Sport Development Coordinator. Please indicate your area of interest and also note that certain roles (e.g. coaching, on-ice volunteer) may require additional volunteer screening and/or training (APRA will provide necessary support and reimburse for any associated costs).
