2023-24 Season - Intent Form (Current FUN3 Players)

Please complete this form to let us know about your ringette plans for next Fall. This is not a registration form. It provides information to help the association make decisions about programming offerings for the 2023-2024 Season (e.g. tryout planning, coaching applications, ice requirements, off season programming, development programs).

Please complete this form by FRIDAY MARCH 31st.

NOTE: U12 Division - The association is planning to have teams at FUN3, U12A and U12B next season. Players born in 2013 or earlier should expect to play U12 next season, however, the association will consider exceptions in accordance with APRA Team Formation policies. If you have any questions about placement for next season please include in the comments section.

Ringette Ontario has also provided the following U12 Information Sheet outlining plans for the 2023-24 Season. Additional information will be shared with our members as it becomes available.

Please indicate if your player would be interested in playing as a full or part-time goalie next season. For part-time goalies, dedicated goalie training would be available and you would still be provided with opportunities to learn and play as a skater. For full time goalies at U12 divisions and older, a 50% registration discount would apply.

Please indicate if you are interested in playing APRA Summer Ringette. The program is tentatively planned for Sundays, late afternoons/early evenings, from May 28-July 30 (excluding July 2) for ages FUN3 - U19. The expectation is this 9-week program will be priced under $200 (TBD). This program is dependent on sufficient registration numbers AND volunteers.

To run a viable Summer Ringette program, the association requires volunteer coaches and trainers (and/or individuals that have Certified First Aid Training). Please indicate if you are willing to assist and in what capacity. Please note that APRA reimburses its volunteers for all applicable and required training.

Please indicate if you would be interested in participating in additional development programming next season. Participation would be voluntary, and fees would be over and above regular association registration fees. (Note: Current development programming would continue to be offered to all U12-U19 players with the cost included in APRA registration fees).
