Please complete and submit this form for any refund request. If approved, kindly allow 4-6 weeks for refund cheques to be processed and mailed.
Refunds will not be granted if the player is currently under suspension and/or if the player is awaiting suspension action by any association (e.g. APRA Discipline Committee, Ringette Ontario,, and/or any other association where the player participates in).
Note: For a Season Ending Medical Circumstance - supporting medical documentation from a Physician must be provided indicating that the injury is season ending for a refund request to be considered after November 15. If approved, the Registration Committee will determine the amount of the refund. Please email any supporting documents to the APRA Treasurer - treasurer@apringette.com
